male and female, respectively. In trunk-lift performance, male participants showed 75.6%
change and female improved by 90.31%. In addition, 80.5% improvement by male and

females. However, females improved better in flexibility tests and body mass index than males.
The study concluded that physical exercise had a positive effect on health-related fitness level
and resting heart rate performance of children and youth. So, the findings of the study reveal
different responsible bodies should take considerable actions for the improvement of the
9
proficiencies of the students. Physical activity should be promoted during the treatment at
field experiment. Using new technology to promote physical activity should be developed |
