The result obtained in this study indicated that there wassignificant change in cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility. Based on this finding, it can be concluded that circuit training has positive effect on health related fitness females students. 12 week circuit training had significant effect oncardiovascular endurance and strength of females. The similar studies can be conducted with the same variables by selectingthe subject from other environmental aspect
