Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of regular physical exercise on health related physical fitness component in Dera secondary school female and male students. To achieve this Select 40 students 20 female and 20 male from the total number of 964 students in the age of 15-17 randomly. Who are not participated in any other regular physical fitness program previously for this study used experimental research design by using single test group and data was collected pre during and post test training time. They are prepared to participate in three month of training, three days per a week for 40 minute for the first month, 50 minute for the second month and 60 minutes for third month. The physical fitness variables were cardio vascular endurance, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility and body composition data were analyzed by using SPSS version 22 paired sampling t-test. After 12 weeks of training, the students increase their health related physical fitness qualities in push up test 17or 85%female and 14or70% male, in step up test 19or 95%female and 18 or 90%, in sit up test 19or 95% female and 15 or 75%, students above average, in sit and reach test 19or 95% female and 16 or 80%, students show above average improvement and in body composition there is no significant improvement were observed. Therefore the result indicated that regular physical exercise have positive effect on health related physical fitness components that enhancing the performance of subjects with little contribution of differencing and selecting their specific components.
