dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of regular physical exercise on skill related physical fitness component (speed, power and agility) in BahireGeorgies secondary school u-17 male football players. To achieve these 22 BahireGeorgies secondary school football Team players in the age of U -17 were involved. For this study experimental research design by using single test group were used and data was collected pre, during and posttest training time. They are prepared to participate in three month of training, three days per A week for 40 minute for the first month, 50 minute for the second month and 60 minutes for third month. The physical fitness variables were 30m and 10m for speed test, vertical jump and standing long jump for power test, Illinois and T-test for agility test. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS version20 paired sampling t-test. The results were found for 10m sprint test the pretest (X±SD=2.677±0.33) and posttest result were (X±SD=2.2027±0.359). In the case of 30m acceleration test the pretest (X±SD=5.1541±.34177) and posttest result were (X±SD=4.9068±.49396). The result indicated that, there were significance improvements in the speed of football players. In the VJT the pretest (X±SD=.8136±.06012) and the posttest were (X±SD=.8777±.05681). In the case of SLJT the pretest mean and standard deviation were (X±SD=2.1495±.12655) and (X±SD=2.2414±.08207) respectively. The result indicated that there was an improvement in the power of players after training. Agility was tested using Illinois test and T-test. The pretest were (X±SD=17.7041±.53693) and (X±SD=11.2845±.52534) respectively and the posttest were (X±SD=17.2382±.51808) and (X±SD=10.6809±.44706). This result indicated that there was an improvement in the agility of football players of the team. Consequently, itwas observed that 12-week regular training contributed to the speed, agility and power development among footballers; therefore, the present study recommended that regular training with a proper intensity, frequency, rest and progression needs to be incorporated to improve the players’ speed, Agilityand power performance en_US
