dc.description.abstract This study was conducted to investigate the effect of 12 week Aerobic Exercise on physiological variables and physical fitness variables of Male Athlete in Misha woreda Athletics project, Hadiyya Zone, SNNPR; Ethiopia. In this project, there were Athletes as the study Population from 65 male Athletes only 30 male Athletes were selected as study subjects by using simple random sampling techniques. All selected subjects were participated in low, moderate, and high intensity in selected aerobic exercise for 12 consecutive weeks that is three days per week 40 to 70 minute duration per day. Pre and post training tests were conducted on the selected physiological variable and physical fitness variable such as cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, Flexibility and resting heart rate, respiratory rate, Vo2max.The Data Collect from the study subject was analyzed using SPSS version 25 software. The data per-training physiological variable and physical variables were analyzed by paired simple t-test to determine the significant difference between pre-test and post-test mean value results of the participants of the study. Dependent variables effect or result Example Cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, Flexibility and resting heart rate, respiratory rate, Vo2max and Independent variables aerobic training; cause; Age &sex According to the findings of the study, Cardiovascular Endurance (12 minutes run test) Experimental post - 23.333 and Control post-23.321 meters increments, push up Experimental post -8.533 and Control 3.867meandifferences,Situp Experimental post 3.767 and Control 3.768867mean differences value in sit up performance for12 week physical fitness, Sit and Reach Experimental post-test-15.900 Control post 13.900 increments were observed, Respiratory Rate Experimental post -0.933 and Control post -0.930 beats per minute mean differences Resting heart rate Experimental post -1.690 and Control post -1.687 beats per minute mean differences, vo2 max Experimental post -14.833 Control post -14.830 beats per minute mean differences. When we compare the effect of training on aerobic exercises of physiological variable and physical variable 12 week, the results there were pre- test and post- test p value and paired simple t-test to the differences between mean value results because Experimental group participant Athlete performance is increased, but Control group participant Athlete performance is decrease .The result obtained in this study indicated that there significant improvement in Cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, Flexibility and resting heart rate, respiratory rate, Vo2max.Based on this finding, it can be concluded the low, moderate and high intensity aerobic exercise has positive effect of enhancement of misha woreda athletics project. en_US
