ASSESSMENT OF NUTRITIONAL FACTORS AFFECTING PLAYERS PERFORMANCE OF WOLISO TOWN FOOTBALL CLUB, OROMIA REGIONAL STATE, ETHIOPIA

Abstract

This study was with conducted with the objectives of the assessment of Nutritional factors affecting of players’ performance of Woliso Town Football Club The main purpose of this Research was to assess the nutritional factory affect Woliso Town Football Club player performances pervasively selected 25 players and 5 coaching stuff. There are total about thirty (30) Therefore Woliso Town Football Club enter to Ethiopia league one since 2005 EC and structurally lead by the Ethiopian Football Federation. Football Club) were targeted by the researcher for the study due to its easily manageable during the period of the study and situation to the regular work. About 25 players and 5 coaching stuff were selected descriptive survey method was employed. Necessary data were collected through primary source like Questionnaire, Interview and Observation. SPSS Version 21 was used for analyzing gathered data and descriptive statistics such as mean, mode, median and standard deviation were used for all variables. The Obsessiveness of the result was more description method and as the finding of this research exposed that the study subjects or the players do not have good nutritional ways. Finally, the result of these findings was concluded that poor nutrition was practiced in the selected study area. Based on these, Recommendations, any concerned body’s Woliso town Administration the Ethiopian Football Federation and the Clubs should have to have their stand in order to improve the player’s Nutritional factory affect on performance.
