on physiological variables, physical fitness variables and Anthropocentric values on U-
17 of semen mezegaja Male project players. 30 players were selected from 35 by using
purposive sampling techniques.by using simple random sample The study have two
group experimental and control. subjects were participated in low, moderate, and high
intensity in selected aerobic exercise for 12 consecutive weeks that is three days per week
45 to 60 minute duration per day. pre and post training tests were conducted on such as
cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, resting heart rate, Vo2max, and body
composition .The Data Collected from the study subject was analyzed using SPSS version
20 software. According to the findings of the study, Cardiovascular Endurance
Experimental post-test increased by 90 mean and Control group post- test 2.00 meters
decreased p value 0.02 , muscular endurance Experimental pre and post test by 0.67
incremented and Control pre & post –test by -1.07 decremented mean difference.with p
value 0.012. resting heart rate Experimental pre & post by 1increased and Control pre &
post –test by -1.3 decreased mean differences value ,p value 0.001. vo2max Experimental
pre & post 1.867 increased and Control pre & post increased by 1 mean differences p
value 0.002 and body composition experimental pre & post-test increased by 0 .66 and
control pre & post –test 0 .48 ,p value 0.001. When we compare the effect of 12 week,
Experimental group participant players performance was increased, Control group
result was decreased . Based on this finding, it can be concluded that moderate and
high intensity aerobic exercise has positive effect on U-17 player’s male project in Arada
sub city Addis Ababa administration therefor The results showed that project
