Absence of providing training and shortage of provision of materials, limited monitoring and supervision services in co-curricular activities were seen in secondary schools. So, the participation of school community in co-curricular activities in secondary schools was low. Thus, to improve the situation, it was recommended that training program should be organized by the coordination of school leaders and woreda education office for school teachers at the end of the semester or at the beginning of the academic year. The school leaders and supervisors should provide attention for strong monitoring activities while the clubs businesses are going on and evaluation mechanisms to give constructive feedbacks.
