of quality education in primary schools of sample seleted Kebribayah woreda schools. However,

desks, chairs and tables affected pupils’ learning as overcrowding affected learners acquisition
of competency skills required at Kebribeyah Woreda schools. To improve this conditions, the

constructing additional schools and classrooms in some of the existing primary schools,
provision of teachers and enhance teachers’ capacity which will ultimately raise the quality
education provision in these schools, employing skilled manpower, improving access and the
quality of education and involving all stakeholders as partners of the local government so as to
improve the coverage and quality of educational services and facilities in selected primary
